Daniel Amira IT Services · Great Neck, NY

Home computer help, at your pace.

You do not need technical vocabulary to ask for help. I work directly with you on everyday computer problems, locally in Great Neck and surrounding areas by arrangement, or remotely for suitable issues.

Get your everyday setup working together.

New computer setup

Get started with a new Windows PC or Mac, connect everyday devices and discuss moving your files from the old computer.

Wi-Fi and printers

Troubleshoot unreliable connections and help connect printers, routers and other home devices.

Backups and file transfers

Choose a practical way to back up important files or move them to another device. We discuss what you need to keep and where it should go.

Patient, practical guidance

Work through the computer or software task that is giving you trouble, with explanations you can follow and questions along the way.

How we get started.

  1. Tell me what you want to do

Explain the problem or task in your own words. Let me know which computer or devices are involved.

  2. Choose how we connect

We arrange an office appointment, confirm whether a home visit is possible, or set a time for remote support.

  3. Work through it together

I explain what I am doing and help you understand the next steps. For regular assistance, you can also ask about Computer Plans.

Based at 3 Grace Ave, Suite 103, Great Neck, NY 11021. Office appointments and visits in Nassau County and surrounding areas are by arrangement. Remote help is available for suitable issues.

Questions before you book.

Do you offer home visits?

Home visits are arranged individually. Tell me your town and the help you need so I can confirm availability, service area and any travel charge.

Can you help me without visiting?

Yes, for suitable computer and software issues. Remote support is $50/hour by appointment. Contact me first to arrange the session.

Can a family member help arrange the appointment?

Yes. Explain who needs assistance and the setup involved. We’ll arrange the details with the person receiving the help.

Tell me what you need help with.

We’ll discuss your setup, availability and rates before work begins.
